ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Glaive Products, LLC ("Glaive"), for a period of one year after purchase date, will replace any BAG-R-BOX saddlebag insert tray that proves
defective under any of the conditions described below. The obligation of Glaive under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective product only when used under normal operating conditions*.
Glaive warrants, to the original retail purchaser of its BAG-R-BOX saddle bag insert trays that the tray will not crack, break or distort, due to normal use and/or exposure to temperatures experienced under normal usage
conditions. *Units deemed damaged, due to mishandling, improper usage or as a result of a vehicle accident, are not considered defective and shall be excluded from this limited warranty.
This warranty is not transferable. It is the sole responsibility of the
purchaser to arrange and to pay for the return to Glaive of any BAG-R-BOX unit to which this warranty applies, along with a copy of the original
purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
Glaive shall not be liable for any installation or re-installation costs nor
incidental or consequential damages, and Glaive shall have no further
obligations hereunder except as expressly stated above.
RETURN POLICY
You have full return privileges on anything you buy on-line from Glaive Products, LLC at any time within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return it in its original packaging – no questions asked. BEFORE you return the product, send an email directed to returns@glaiveproducts.com to let us know what you are returning, your name, the original order number, as well as, the credit card and credit card number to which it was originally charged. Once you have done that, package the product securely and send it back to:

It will be your responsibility to pay the shipping charges associated with the return shipment, unless covered by warranty, as mentioned above. When the product is received, we will advise you by email and credit your credit card account for the purchase price – less the original shipping and handling costs. Returns made by shipment refusal will be handled as above. In these instances of non-prior notification, you will be accessed the return shipping charges as well as a $10 handling charge, prior to our crediting your account.

Set forth here is a detailed statement describing the privacy protection
afforded all information collected by Glaive Products, LLC from its
customers.
Simply put, it is the policy of Glaive to maintain, to the fullest extent practicable, the privacy of the information each customer provides. Our primary goal in collecting personal information from customers is to provide customers with an efficient and personalized experience while shopping online. With three exceptions, none of the information a customer provides to Glaive and none of the information Glaive collects as a consequence of the
glaiveproducts.com shopping experience will be disclosed to any third party without the customer's direction or consent.
The exceptions are:
(1) information required to be disclosed pursuant to applicable laws, regulations, or legal process;
(2) information aggregated and disclosed in a manner that does not identify a customer individually and does not disclose any information that would enable a third party to contact the customer; and
(3) information disclosed in response to an emergency or pursuant to a good faith belief on the part of Glaive that such disclosure is required in order to protect the safety of the public, other customers, or the integrity of the glaiveproducts.com website or any intellectual property rights associated therewith.
This means that each customer can be confident that the personally
identifiable information it provides when buying via glaiveproducts.com will be used only in the ordinary course of Glaive’s business and, to the fullest extent practicable, will remain private unless the customer agrees otherwise or the customer itself discloses such information to a third party.
Once again, Glaive will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information about any of our customers to any third party, as stated above, we may, however, aggregate information gathered on our site. Certain information, such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers – even in the aggregate – will not be disclosed.
