Size & Trimming Specs

The BAG-R-BOX was originally designed to fit 2000/2011 studded leather saddlebags as used on the H-D Heritage and Deluxe motorcycles.   

We are pleased to advise that they will fit the 2011 version H-D bag as well as many other similar bags, such as those used on the 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan Classic and other aftermarket bags, by trimming the rear flange.   The drawings shown above should help you to identify the potential for use in your specific bag type.

It is doubtful that they will fit molded hard fiberglass saddlebags or leather hard-sided bags with a rounded top profile, such as used on the H-D Road King.   We are investigating the development of other revisions of our current BAG-R-BOX design for use in other applications.

insert trays are best installed by placing the recessed channel, at the front of the tray, over the lip at the top/front of your saddlebag and then lowering the back edge of the tray to rest upon the rear flange or seam of the bag.
